  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of your refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for banks or credit card companies to complete the transaction. If more than 20 business days have passed without receiving your refund, contact us for assistance.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
